How to change subscription pack

I’m looking to downgrade my subscription pack because I don’t need as much data. My pack is supposed to renew in 5 days, how do I change the pack? I would like to avoid overpaying (ie starting a new pack while the current pack is still active). Will I lose the rollover data for my current pack when I change it?

@Kc5700 : Top-up enough for the pack you want to move to, then buy it now & it will replace your old pack when that expires. If you want it to start immediately text NOW to 150.
Which pack have you currently got & which would you like to move to?
