Hi, i received the following text from -ee- week ago:
“Hi, as you haven't made a chargeable call/ text or used data for six months, you will now lose any remaining credit (as per our terms and conditions). Your number will also be disconnected in the next three months and we'll text you beforehand to let you know. Please call us on 150 if you would like to discuss this.”
However, I didn’t lose any credit as it stated. Then I toped up earlier today and were able to send texts and make calls. Does it mean I’m still going to lose my number in three months? Or am I ok as long as I’m topping up?
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Hi @alla_lb
If you have sent a text and made calls as you have said then no your number is not in hibernation.
Thanks

The PAYG hibernation policy is explained at https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/Pay-as-you-go/What-is-pay-as-you-go-and-flex-hibernation-and-how-do-I-...
Reactivating a number between 6-9months restores your credit and retains your number. The 9month 273day disconnection is irretrievable.

Thanks for the response! I do understand that my number could get in hibernation if not used. What I don’t understand is whether my number is in hibernation now or not. Does it mean that my number not in hibernation if I did not lose credit and I am able to send texts/make calls right now?
