I bought a pay as you go sim two weeks ago, a lot of hassle later two of them arrived yesterday. I've put it in my phone, but my number hasn't transferred yet and none of the allowances i paid for are available. I paid £20 for a 70gb monthly sim, yet i have no available data, no credit and my subscription pack says 15gb. I've been without data for over a week now since transferring from GiffGaff and it's not a great look to new member. Anyone know when I can expect to receive what i've paid for (twice!)

Thank you for the response.
The app says I have no credit. According to the blurb I should have activated the pack when I phoned or sent a text - but although I have sent texts it still says I have no credit when I try to make a calls.
