I just bought 2 numbers that want to keep it as a gift to family that they will come to UK next year. Is there anyway to keep the cards unexpired without opening it? How can the eBay sellers do that? Thanks for the help.

Hi there @kunhoho

If you check the outer packaging on the SIM cards you have purchased it should indicate an expiry date.
SIM cards that have yet to be used/registered tend to have a decent timeframe for customers to use them, but please be aware that they will expire at some point.

@kunhoho  don’t set them up don’t use them leave them in the package and they won’t expire.   They only do this with numbers that are no longer being used these haven’t been used or registered.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thanks Chris! So if I don't register it / use it, supposing it should last at least 1 year? Thanks mate
