'Paulwith', I totally sympathise with you. I had the same issue. Once I removed the expired card, no option to add a new one. No idea what idiot designed this web site but that's shockingly poor. I found a way around it. I paid a credit to the account using my new card. The web site then remembers the card. After paying, I went into manage payments and it tells you the last payment failed (expired card) and shows you your new card details. You then set up the monthly recurring payment using that card. PAINFUL!
