No, that'll only get me to MY landing page which does show "Set up Direct Payment". Post an image of it. Use the Camera icon above your text to upload an image file to here.

That is the page I have, sorry that's as technical as I get. I give up. Life's too short for EE.
Thanks for your time.

I'm not asking you to be technical. What's hard about posting image after I told you how?

I open the link and it shows MY account details, remaining data etc. Why can't you see that? If I use the camera icon as suggested it takes me to my pictures folder on the PC .
Ps copied to my pictures file, tried to post here but says "not supported image type."

Cuz when you do it you are logging to your MyEE & can see only that; when I do it I'm logged into my MyEE & can see only that. That link is only relative to whoever is doing it.
Can't you save as a .JPG, .PNG or .GIF type on your camera?

OK, let's guess! Have you by any chance stopped your SIM's pre-installed pack by texting STOP PACK to 150, so you now have no pack?

OK lets clarify,.
1) Never had a pack, simply topped up and bought data with registered card on line or via text.
2) Cannot buy a pack on PAYG.
3) Had debit card registered, out of date so I removed it.
4) Cannot register new card anywhere including page where old card was shown.
5) Spent last hour on chat line , went round in circles and still useless, unable to advise how to do it.
And finally, thank you for your efforts, appreciated.

- All EE PAYG phone SIMs, even free ones, come primed with a recurring Pack of allowances ready to bought out of your PAYG credit as soon as it is sufficient. Maybe you have a legacy SIM from Orange or T-M? Another possibility is that you have a data SIM?
- What is the response when you text ALL PACKS to 150?
