How can I get a refund on PAYG

I topped up using my bank card cause I tried to buy a pack with the top up credit to it resulting not using my top up credit and me having to buy a pack using my card so how can I get in contact with anyone about a refund as I no longer need the credit in my account as I've got my pack 

 

Sorry if that doesn't make sense

@Dylannnn : PAYG credit is not refundable nor transferable, except for the 1st unspent direct card payment.
