@lisaskelton1002 Does the device show a signal that it’s connected to the EE network? Do you have credit on the account to pay the flat rate fee that PAYG customers need to pay to call customer services?

It is showing EE but it has no credit on has it is new and my dad had bought an e voucher to put credit on. Do I need to top it up online with my credit card 1st so he can then add the e voucher. Thanks

It can take up to 24 hours for a new SIM to activate.
Are you able to call 150 this morning?
