@Hopkin1

Are you still roaming in Spain?

You can check the costs and bundles available for Pay Monthly at EE Roaming
You can find out more and what to do before you go at EE Roaming in the EU

For Pay as you go you can pay £2.50 a day, or £10 for seven days, to use your UK allowance while abroad in EU. You can only purchase these bundles once you arrive at your destination and have a monthly subscription. You will receive an SMS which contains instructions on how to add these products.

If you don't have a monthly PayG subscription in place, standard rate will be charged 70p per minute and 30p per text and will need to purchase a separate add-on to use data.

For details of the roaming packages for Pay as you go just go to Pay As You Go charges for roaming in the EU

  • I recently joined ee. My old provider has sent me a final bill including a leaving fee £91.69 on total. ee  said they would pay this. I need to establish how I can send the bill to ee. Preferably by email

@DavidTog : EE doesn't pay your exit fees on PAYG. Why would they? Are you thinking of BB? If so, you've posted in the wrong place.

EE will pay up to £300 of your Early Cancellation Fees upon sight of your previous ISP's bill showing them. You can claim this online @ Switch Broadband to EE and we'll pay your leaving fee. It will be applied as a credit to your EE bill.
