Hello i just ordered pays go sim car for 15£ online EE last friday and today i received my sim card problem is i cant call any numbers all time say i dont have a credit i can only txt and i have data?

As @Michael_D has advised, if you're unable to make calls we would need to get this looked into. 

Please call us from any other phone and a guide will be able to check the account and see why you're unable to make calls. You can also pop into an EE Store and a guide will help with the pack 🙂

earlier when i received my sim card and put my phone sim i received message it say Hi from EE thanks for buying a 15£ pack you get unlimited calls text and 25gb of data your allowance starts as soon as you make a call or text

Are you calling UK mobile and landline numbers? 

Have you registered for an EE account? If so, do you have a pack showing in the EE app/account online?
