Having trouble linking your products error message

Joe258

I live in Sweden and have just bought a 15 pound, 25 gb Sim pack. I have tried to link the sim card to my iPhone through the ee website. I got to the point where I had a four digit pin sent to me, I entered the pin and then a message came up that said if you are happy with this information press the link button. There was a 8 or 10 digit number partially concealed contained in the message. I didn't actually recognise or understand what the number was supposed to represent but I clicked the link button anyway. I then received the error message 'having trouble linking your products' and it has happened every time since! Can somebody help me? I don't think the 150 number works from Sweden. I also have an e sim in my phone from my Swedish provider. Thanks

If you haven't already, I'd recommend giving this a try from a different browser, or you can also try using private browsing.

Once you've given this a go, if it's still giving you trouble please give our team a call, and we can look into how things are set up from our end 😊

@Jakescotty43 : Had you used that PAYG SIM for making calls or texts in UK before going abroad? To be used abroad EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network. If it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.
