Have credit but no data

Yesterday I got a message saying 30 Sep you need 20 pound for my 20 pound pack. So I decided to pay it straightaway and not wait 30 Sep. Now it shows I have 20 pound credit but I have no data. I have texted AL to 150. And it says

Your current balance as of today 08:54 is £20.00. Your last top up was £20.00 on 29/09/2024 at 22:26. For more info on your packs, add-ons or free boosts, go to the EE app or ee.co.uk

To buy your £20 Pack again, simply top up £20 and your pack will start automatically.

so where my 20 pound is gone then. On my app I am checking says 20 pound credit available. Is there other way to buy data?
