More information.
My monthly top up was due to taken out of bank today but I've had a new bank card so my payment was declined
I followed the link to top up using my new card but as yet, my data hasn't been credited to me

Is there any chance of any help, please?

- Hi. I'm trying to add sim card number to my account so I can top up data / check in EE app and website
- I should have unlimited data, but keep having to top up. WHY? in Pay as you go
- IMPORTANT: Unable to use data services despite full credit in Pay as you go
- Urgent - Saying No data, and unable to contact Support as "insufficient funds". in Pay as you go
