I've been out the UK for a while and when I returned I refilled my ee account only to realise it has been disactivated, I asked the ee shop at the airport how to get my money back, they said its not possible, which cant be, I will be grateful if anyone could enlighten me on the steps to get a refund.
Thanks

PAYG phones are hibernated after 179 days of non-chargeable use. At this point, they can be reactivated - and credit restored - by contacting CS.
If a further 3months elapses, and you pass 279 days of non-chargeable use, the line is permanently disconnected and credit lost.

@7ubeir you going to need to call customer support as it might be possible that your Sim card can be reactivated providing it’s not gone over nine months since you last used it. Also if you was to get another EE PAYG SIM card it might be possible to have the funds transferred to that SIM card again you’ll need to call customer support to request that.
