Hi I am trying to load my package on my pay as you go
I go to my bank details to rollover every 30 day
Then no minutes appear so what am I doing wrong.

What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?
There are no bills with PAYG. It's PAYG.

I am new to EE.
My first top up was on the phone to lady working PAYG SIM only
That has run out how can but I have been trying to buy one for days
Is the system down because nobody gets a answer which really bad
We cannot use our phones for 4 days

I have worked out my first rollover of minutes and payment never happened

Yes it was a £10 package for 500 minutes and unlimited texts. Thanks
