When did you last make a chargeable call or text.

Did you use your SIM in UK before going to Pakistan? 

Do you have any signal showing on your phone at all?

Hi @Abdullah0355 

If your SIM card was not used to make a call or send a text message whilst you were in the UK before going abroad, it will not be activated for international roaming until you return to the UK and do that.
