Extra £10 a week?

I recently signed up for the £10 PAYG saver plan (which renews every £30 days). However, I’m being charged an additional £10 a week, despite hardly using my phone. Please can you explain the above for me?

Hi @Feebster69,

Welcome to the Community!

I can understand why this would be confusing, as you shouldn't be being charged more without topping up when you're on a PAYG plan. I'd recommend reaching out to our team, so they can look into what is going on, and help you to get this sorted.

PAYG is never charged weekly, only every 30 days.

Would you happen to be roaming in the EU? There is £10 weekly roaming charge that you can elect to take out.
