Error in add on pack

I am trying to add on the 15 pound pack from the top up credit it is not accepting from The morning ? I added the bank detail and it seems I apply for the monthly subscription and I am not interested on it I want to apply from my credit how to have the pack and to cancel the subscription kindly advise thanks

@Farahabdelrazek : Why did you supply your card details when it asked? That meant you had already choose a Direct Card Payment when you went to buy a pack.

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?
