@Grumpy15a : I think you may only get Top-up cards in an EE store or with a new SIM. You may top-up at any shop displaying the Top-up logo:
w/out needing a Top-up card.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Hey @Grumpy15a.
Welcome to the EE Community!
We no longer have stock of new E Top-up cards to provide to customers, so it's very unlikely the stores will have these available now.
The option @XRaySpeX highlighted here will definitely be the best way forwards if they didn't want to do a credit / debit card payment.
At any eligible PayPoint location you'll get a voucher printed out with a unique code, and you can then send this to us via text to redeem the top-up.
You can find all the details you need here:
