Hi @Kristina22

Thanks for coming here.

Is the SIM card for a pay as you go account?

If so, please see our What is pay as you go and flex hibernation, and how do I stop it? article, for details on when an account will go into hibernation and how to remove this 🙂

Leanne.

you can send them a chat where to write, I can't call them because I don't know English

Hi @Kristina22

Sorry chat is not available for pay as you go accounts.

You can order a new EE SIM with a new EE number on the Best Pay As You Go SIM | Free PAYG SIM Cards site.

Leanne.

I'm sorry, tell me, if I'm in another country, can I order online without delivery?

The SIM would need to be delivered to a UK address @Kristina22

Leanne.

Thanks)

Your PAYG SIM has probably gone into hibernation.

When did you last use it for a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-chargeable use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.

You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.
