I use very little data, merely occasionally checking emails, my original pack allowance of 50mb was usually enough 99 times out of 100. Over the many many years I have been with EE I have built up an allowance 20x times that to 1000Mb, but I frequently Run-Out for No Valid reason. EE have suspiciously Removed the view Data usage function in “myee”, so I can’t check anything!
customer service have now become quite rude and ignorantly say you cannot have this information about your own account. They also tell lies about where “I” have used my Data allowance, iCloud back-up - NO, it’s turned off, background App refresh - NO, it’s turned off, etc, etc
Is anyone else having this problem?

Data usage is back and forth not just one way. You should be able to check on your phone what data was used and by what apps and services.
Honestly 50mb I am surprised you can even check emails.
