Did you mean:

Does a renewing pack only work if you allow a reoccurring card payment?

TRULY SICK and TIRED of EE making it IMPOSSIBLE to just RENEW my 30 day £5 pack.  AS I ALWAYS DO BEFORE ITS DUE!

For them to NOT RECOGNISE MY PAYMENT AND EXPECT ME TO PAY THEM.... MORE!!!  By saying I've not enough credit. WHEN I HAVE!  Makes me so FRUSTRATED AND 😠 😡 🤬 !

If this network can REMOTELY LAND PLANES and REMOTELY SHAVE A MAN ON A MOUNTAIN.....WHY CANT THEY RENEW A FIVE QUID PACK????

Is it because they want us all to allow AUTOMATIC CARD PAYMENTS 🤔?

@Jojo72x   You don’t need card payment at all just like you don’t need to shout every other word.

Have you tried restarting the device then purchasing a pack ?

What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?
