Do saver plans restart at midnight or not

So I got a £10 saver plan activate when it restarts on the 30th of December what time foes it normally restart?

Can I ask which is better saver plan or just general top up

 

I ask because I got a saver plan of £10 and just wondering which is better top up or saver plan

Packs expire on their 30th day at the same time as they started.

Saver plans are 10% cheaper & are good if you want a pack regularly but you have to remember to stop it if you don't. Whereas buying on top-up can be stopped easily by just not topping-up.
