Super-infuriating! I was placing an order for three products - I had one new sim in my basket and was just about to upgrade two existing plans. Now the site and the app are down and the sale ends today - only 40 mins until midnight - the end of the sale day. What now?!

I really appreciate you taking the time to respond to my message.
When the site was back up the next morning, the items were still in my basket and I was able to process the order. Perhaps the sale had been extended a few hours due to the site being made unavailable?
