Hi, I'm trying to register my mobile on the EE app. I get to the verify email stage, and it says a link will be sent to my email to use within 30 minutes, but there is nothing in my inbox or junk. My email address is definitely correct. I'm stuck and have tried multiple times. Any suggestions?

Have you registered for an EE account with the same email address previously?
Is the new account pay as you go or pay monthly?
