Good afternoon,
I have a problem topping up my account. It's probably a debit card authorization error - I had the same problem before. is it possible to contact with customer services via chat online?

There is no Live Chat on PAYG.

Yes, and when I try to use the card to making a payment, I get an error - "Some errors have occurred"
