Data not rolled over

Hi, I've just switched from a £10 plan with 8GB of data to a £5 plan (250MB) and as I had only used about 2.5GB I was expecting to recieve about 5.5GB of rollover data, but nothing has come through. I have had the data rollover on this swap on previous occasions so this is something new. Have the data rollover terms changed?

Hi @MW-M

Thanks for the screenshot.  I'd recommend giving Customer Service a call on 150 where a guide will be able to check your Rollover allowances and eligibility, and have this raised for investigation if you're missing data allowance.

There is no data rollover to or from £5 packs.

Not according to the website, for the £5 pack it says includes data rollover and this has been the case for the past 3 years that I've been using these packs. Has something changed that hasn't been conveyed to customers and the website?

Hi @MW-M

Welcome to the community.

Are you on a 30 day £5 pack or 7 day?

Thanks

Ritu

It's a 30 day £5 pack. Previous pack was a £10 30 day with rollover data
but i didn't get any.

Thanks for confirming that information @MW-M

You can find all eligible rollover packs here About Data Rollover

The £5 pack does not appear to be on the list of rollover packs.
