Data Rollover not worked

Andreas13
Visitor

Okay so I topped up £20 which gave me 50GB but I also got an extra 14GB data totalling 64GB but I only used about 13GB and I was down to just over 50GB and I recieved a text message saying please top up by £20 17th September but I didn't becuase I thought my data was going to roll over and now I've lost all the data that I had that I didn't use. Can you see why this was?

Morning @Andreas13

Thanks for posting on the community.

Our About Data Rollover help page explains what plans are eligible and how data rollover works on pay as you go 30 day plans.

If you're on an eligible plan and have checked the data you had remaining should have rolled over, please give us a call on 150 and the team can get the account looked into for you.

Leanne.

@Andreas13 : As you see in  About Data Rollover help page left-over data from 1 plan only rolls over to the next eligible plan within 7 days. If it is still within the 7 days since your last plan expired you can still buy your plan now & get the data rolled over from the last plan.
