Hi,
I am currently on my 2nd month of £15 payg plan, but I don't get my unused data to rollover on the current new pack as advertised.
For your information, I have 23 GB of unused data from the expired pack on previous month, which is alot to waste.
Might you be available to assist me at your earliest convenience.

@joyl This isn’t customer services and no one here has access to your account. You’ll have to call them yourself, 150 from your device.
