Hello, took out a EE sim for mobile broadband for when travelling in the UK.

Last month hardly used any data. I understand this will rollover?

I dont want to pay another £30 for more allowance so have cancelled my subscription. Will i still be able to use the rolled over data?

@Hollydog170181 : Data only rolls over from 1 pack into the next pack you buy. As you've cancelled your pack the is nowt for it for it to roll over into. For rollover you have to buy your next pack within 7 days of your previous pack expiring.

Hi @Hollydog170181 .

Welcome to the community.

If you have a pay as you go SIM with us, the data would rollover if you have selected packs and you start a new pack within 7 days of the previous one ending. Please see our Data Rollover page for more details.

We don't offer data rollover on our pay monthly contract plans.

Michael

Thanks Michael, can i change my plan from a monthly contract to a pay as you go contract and if so, how do i go about changing?

But aren't you already on PAYG? You only get data rollover on PAYG & you talk about cancelling your subscription pack.
