Credit versus allowances

The customer service agent tells me that they get a lot of calls from customers who are worried that they can't make calls because they receive a message that they have a zero balance. Well of course they do because they have a pack. 

 

Sort it out to avoid confusion.

@MichaelDScott  Perhaps those people should look at their account first !    No confusion as a balance of a pack allowance isn’t the same as credit on the account.    Just texting AL to 150 would show this. 

You can have zero credit and still have an allowance because of the purchased pack.  It’s not EEs fault that some people don’t know the difference,  perhaps these people should know the difference to stop the confusion.
