Guys,
I have received a text from you telling me that my current credit is less than £4.
How is that possible when I topped up last January (24th) £20 and still have enough minutes and data? Where has that my credit gone?
My current plan is £10 8GB. I was not away so no roaming calls, I did not make phone calls abroad and did not make any phone call to specific number that charged £1xxx.
I want a refund and I need to know what happened to my credit, otherwise I will have to consider leaving EE after being with you for many years. I should have at least £10 as I renewed my pack last month. My current credit is £3.28. I am topping up now with £20, but I need a refund and fix this issue ASAP!.
Thanks
Maite
Thanks very much

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?
What does "Your usage" say in that page?

Hi again,
Attached you will find my usage. Note I have already topped up with £20 but the issue was before.
As you can see: 550 mins of 550, 14.9 left of 16 GB.
I want to know where my credit has gone. And a refund.
Thanks

Well, there's your £20!
"Your Usage" is the section below "Your Allowances"

Hi,
Excuse me but, what do you mean with "Well, there's your £20!" Could you please, expand and explain?
I had £3.94 when I got an EE text as a warning and I should have at least £10 before I topped up today.
What don't you understand? Do I make myself clear?
Thanks

The online EE is not as immediate as the 150 Text Service.
Thanks! You're welcome 🙂 ! Glad I could be of assistance & trust it is now sorted.
