I got ee sim a few months ago with £10 credit on it, but the £10 has disappeared from my account and the account balance is zero. I've not used the credit as I was finishing a contract with another network provider before starting to use ee. So I login to my ee account to apply a boost and start using my ee sim, but the £10 credit I paid for is gone. Has ee just taken my money?

EE PAYG SIMs come primed with a pack. It would have been bought from the £10 credit you paid for it.& lasted 30 days. You say this would've been a few months ago. How many months? If you've not topped up since you will have no credit left.
