On PAYG you can't control Content Lock from your MyEE. Instead you need to call EE with a credit card handy & pay a refundable token amount to prove you are over 18. Alternatively you can visit an EE store with some photo ID.

Like I said it's always been fine so why has someone put content lock on without even notifying me and on both SIM cards,I can't get to a EE shop and I don't have a credit card a bit ridiculous from EE🤦

HI @Villaking999
What's the error message you see when trying to access your online gambling account?
Is it the entire webpage you cannot access or just the account?

Hi it's the entire web page

Thanks for getting back to us, @Villaking999.
Because the full website is being blocked on mobile data but working on WiFi, this does sound like it may be related to Content Lock on both SIMs.
If you give our customer support team a call, they will be able to check your account and help further.
