is there a way to start a live chat with EE? I tried sending HELLO to 150 but it will not deliver. I also tried calling but the call won’t connect. I’m in Australia so not sure if this is causing the issues.
I urgently need to contact them as they are stating they will EE disconnect my phone number, despite me topping up and sending a text message to keep my number active.
I’d prefer to live chat or WhatsApp due to the time difference and cost of international calls.
Any advice is appreciated

Sounds like your PAYG SIM may be goning into hibernation due to non-use. If it has, topping-up now would be too late.
When did you previously make a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-chargeable use. You then have a further 3 months period of grace to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.
You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.

@NT24 , just to add to what @XRaySpeX has written, as you are on pay as you go, there is no live chat and EE do to do WhatsApp messaging. The live chat is only for mobile customers who are on contract.
