Hello,
I accidentally created an additional account, and as a result, I lost access to the previous connection I was using.
I believe there was still credit on the account, but it seems that I can’t use it or prevent the auto pack from being applied.
I’ve tried using the 150 text service, called 150, and also sent an email, but I haven’t received any response yet.
Currently, I can’t use my EE service. What should I do?
I would like to either resume my EE service or receive a refund for the remaining credit.
Thank you for your time and assistance.

Hi @Visitor_HI.
Welcome to the EE Community 😊
I just want to double check so I can be sure I understand what's happening here.
Have you lost service outright to your SIM and can't make calls etc, or is it just the online account you're struggling with?
Peter

@Visitor_HI : Creating an EE a/c or even not having an EE a/c at all does not affect or prevent use of a PAYG SIM.
What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?
