I have been on the same pack for years. it is a £10 monthly pack with 2GB of data, however I have boosts totalling 8.5GB. Will I lose these if I change by pack to the current £10 pack that has 8GB? I ran out of data today, and the webpage is currently showing the boosts I have for talk time, but not the data boosts, but texting boost to 150 shows the correct data.

No, when you move from a legacy pack to a current pack you do not lose your existing boosts. It has nowt to do with the value of the packs. You will now earn new data boosts every 2 packs up to a total of six boosts.

Changing Subscription Packs
If you change from a 30-day Subscription Pack (£10 or above) to a 30-day Subscription Pack less than £10, you will lose any of the six boosts you have earned.
If you move from a 30-day Subscription Pack less than £10 to a valid 30-day Subscription Pack that is £10 or higher, you will be able to earn Free Data Boosts once again.
it might be worth calling customer services to see if you can keep the boosts as the new subscription is the same cost as your old subscription.

I would be changing from a £10, 30 day subscripton pack with 2GB of data for a £10, 30 day subscription pack with 8GB of data. I stand to lose 8 years worth of boosts totaling 8.5 GB of data and 400 minutes of talk time.

@bloodyhel As I said call customer services to check if you would loose the boosts as the cost is the same it’s just a newer offer for PAYG.
