Switching PAYG plans

I want to change my plan to another of the same cost but my existing plan only just renewed and I don’t want to be charged twice; I also want to know if my existing boosts will transfer over to the new plan.

I have just spent literally hours trying to navigate the ee app and website to update my payment card and email address, and I am seriously close to going into full autistic meltdown over how difficult these processes have been.

I am doubly neurodivergent and physically disabled, trying to deal with very stressful life admin, and one of my parents recently passed away very suddenly, I really can’t cope with this on top of all that, so I’m hoping someone can give me a clear answer.

Text ALL PACKS to 150 & choose to buy 1. It will not start until your existing pack expires, so you won't be paying twice. You will keep your existing Boosts.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband

Sucks doesn't it.  A clown could have designed a better UX. It's selfish that rather than putting the things the customer is looking for like how to switch plans, credit balance, easy top up they just fill it with other BS
