I would like to lower pack of PAYG and I have already text to 150 about this and followed the process but there are nothing happening on my new pack. Now, I stopped my pack and can’t get the new one

What exactly was it you did text to 150 and did you get confirmation back that you had successfully changed to a new pack? Have you setup an EE online account yet to manage via the website or app and if so what does it show in your Packs when you login?

Why can't you get a new pack? Have you tried texting ALL PACKS to 150?
