I’ve read various posts about how difficult it is to change your address on the app/website.
I followed a link on here which took me to a page to change billing address but it’s not that that is incorrect. When I search to see what broadband is available, I get the message saying getting account details then on the results it says “showing deals for…my old address”. How can I change that? I haven’t lived at the address for 7 years.

This won't change your recorded addy but you can see Broadband Deals by logging out of your EE a/c before going there & you'll be able to select your own postcode & street addy.
