Hello, ive been unable to buy a 10 pound pack even though i have enough credit on my account. Ive been going through the app and online trying to buy it every time. When i select the pack i choose to pack by top-up and i get a PREPAID PACKS ERROR and that theyre fixing the page, ive been trying to buy this pack since tuesday. what do i do?

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

Hi, I have had the same problem for the past 2 weeks. I have a £10 balance on my account, but am unable to buy the £10 pack.
When I go to this link https://add-on.ee.co.uk/text it says 403 Forbidden.
When I go this link: Buy a plan/ subscription link from EE app , it says: "Packs Error, this page is being fixed" .
When I try buy by texting PACK10 to 150, it prompts me to reply YES, which I do. But then nothing happens. I've tried this several times and waited over a week since the first time, but the pack hasn't been loaded into my account.
I went in to an EE store but all they did was text PACK10 to 150 on my phone, and as I've said, this doesn't work.
I'm thinking of switching to a different service provider at this point. Not sure what else to do. Please help me out here.

@Evan16 : To not get the "403 Forbidden" don't use "https:" but "http:".
