Cant buy a pack

Hello, I have decided to try and buy a pack for my pay-as-you-go phone, but any time i try to look at the packs section on both online and the app none appear.

I can text 150 to get a list of packs using ALL PACKS and i will get a text back with a list of packs and then i can reply with the one i would like ie PACK15 which will result in another text back basically saying "you've selected a pack from our new range ... if you would still like to move to PACK15 please reply YES". But when i reply YES nothing happens.

Any Help?
