Why have you stopped £5 packs?

I'm really disappointed because before Christmas my £5 everything pack didn't renew. I spoke to an online advisor who made the problem worse by removing it altogether. I then phoned 150 to be told that the everything packs were old and that they'd stopped doing new £5 packs so through no fault of my own I now have to pay double for a package I don't need.

I'm also confused why you still advertise the £5 packs on your website and it is also listed when you text "ALL PACKS" to 150 but nothing happens if you try to txt back to buy it.

Why have you stopped doing them and is there any chance you'll bring a £5 pack back?

Thanks a lot 🙂

They haven't! There is the new £5 data pack. Text PACK05 to 150.

I'm afraid that's the one I've tried to buy and it doesn't work when I text PACK05. Spoke to customer services to be told they've stopped doing it without any explanation as to why....Sent from my Galaxy

Hi @Smart_Cookie.

The £5 pack is still available on our pay as you go help page.

Do you get an error message back?

Do you definitely have enough credit?

Jon

Yes I definitely have enough credit. When I send the text to buy the pack I just get a generic text message back telling me all the different codes I can send to 150 as though PACK05 isn't one of them. When I spoke to the PAYG advisor at customer services he told me they'd stopped doing the £5 packs. I guess they're only doing them now for people who were already on it?Sent from my Galaxy

That's only on the Help page. What about in reality?

Sorry @XRaySpeX, I've just found more information on this and the £5 pack is no longer available.

On our online shop page you can get £10, £15, £20 and £30 packs.

Jon

@Jon_K : Does that imply that the £25 Data Pack & the 2 Talk Packs are no longer?

You can't go by the online shop. It only offers a selection of those available.

I'll double check this, @XRaySpeX.

I'll also see if I can get the help page updated.

Jon

@Jon_K : & also the PAYG Standard & Non-Standard Price Plans?
