Hi I am signed into My EE and have £15 topped up. I click to choose a subscription pack and the website takes me to a page with a caption saying ‘Choose a subscription pack - pay by direct debit…’ and below only help options. There is no option to purchase the pack.

Hi again
I last added a pack June 21st. I received a text reminder yesterday that if I don’t make a chargeable call I might lose the number, so I’ve been trying to do this since.
I haven’t received a message saying the number has been deactivated.

You've left it too long. It's over 6 months & so your PAYG SIM has gone into hibernation.
EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.
You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.
When did you 1st switch your phone on recently? That text reminder was probably sent some time ago & was waiting for you to turn the phone on.

I called and spoke to someone who added the pack for me.
All good now.
