Cancelling my pay as you go sim from overseas

Hi all,

I'm outside of a contract on a pay as you go sim. I've moved overseas and want to cancel this. My online account doesn't show anything to be able to cancel (wants to sell me new products). The only option that I can see is calling back to the UK during UK hours or cancelling the Direct Debit (as then they will contact me).

Has anyone else needed to do this before and can suggest how to.

You don't pay for PAYG by DD. I presume you mean Direct Card Payment.

In your online MyEE: Manage > Manage account > Manage your cards

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband

I wouldn't bet on that. Very few large companies have a department making outbound calls following up failed direct debits.

Far more likely is that whatever service is being paid for via that DD, is suspended.
