Cancelling a pay as you go sim due to not using it

Hello, 

I have a pay as you go sim with £10 credit on it however I know longer use the phone to make calls or use the data. I want to cancel the SIM and get a refund - does anyone know how I do it?

You can't claim a refund if you just cancel it. To be eligible for a refund you would need to port your no. to another network via a PAC. Otherwise it's just a Q of "Use it or lose it"!
