Hi bought a dongle before my services were able to be connected I cancelled immediately with the shop as it was only whilst we waited and I am being written to at not my address my partners who paid on his card for the dongle and sim. I am an ee broadband customer I cancelled it directly in shop when we signed for the home broadband they did it all and assured me it was only for the month. U can clearly see it’s not been used.

Sounds like you signed up for a contract as PAYG does not need cancelling.
How much did you pay up-front for it & what SIM plan did it have?
Furthermore there is no right to cancel goods bought instore nor any cooling-off period.

EE don't sell mobile routers on PAYG, only contract. I think you've bought a contract at £55 pm. There are 2 such mobile routers with unlimited data sold by EE on contract. Which model mobile router did you buy?

@Angiernie30 One of these ?
That’s a mobile router. A Dongle has a male USB plug on it that you plug in a port.

Yes, that'll be a mobile router. What it say it is called on its label?
