Hello . My phone is pay as you go at the moment and I'm trying to top up. I am receiving an error message. I have also tried to start a chat for the mobile care team and the start button will not come up. Pls can you help to advise asap as I am not able to use my phone

I cannot contact technical support. I’m not even able to make a call to EE. The message prompt does not work with pay as you go users, this is why I’m on here messengering you now!!! Pls advise

If possible, please contact Technical Support from another phone or a web based calling app.

@porschahl It’s not that EE will not make it work it’s the fact it can not work because your connected to a roaming network. You can not change over from contact to PAYG outside the UK, you can not even actually sim outside the UK as the sim will not receive any activation codes.
Your only work around for this is to contact customer services and request a replacement SIM card. That sim will be sent to you home address. Someone will need to activate that sim in the UK and make a call/text. This sim can then be posted to you.
