Can't receive texts.

So I have a pay as go pack sim £20 per month. Had it for about 2 years or so. Just this last week or so I have been unable to receive text messages, however I think I can from EE network as I can get responses from 150 and 2fa. I can send texts to others and they receive and still make and receive calls and data is working fine. I have checked message centre number, do not disturb, reset message app (Samsung s20 fe android), cleared messaged app cache, updated phone, restarted, removed and reinserted sim. Disconnected from network operator and reregistered and all manner of other things. Please help 🙏 thanks

Just so we can rule it out as a contributing factor, but can you try disabling Rich Communications temporarily and see if the messages come through?

Still not working, as I said I can receive texts from 150 and EE themselves but no one else. Highly doubt its any settings on the phone as I have not changed anything.

Thanks for giving that a try, @Azlan808.

I'd recommend restarting your phone then switching the RCS features back on. 

If none of the settings here have changed, it's definitely one that would be best to get checked over by our technical team

They'll be able to look over a few things at our end, and we can then investigate further from there.
