Hi, I'm trying to link my SIM to my account but I'm getting:
"We were unable to generate a passcode. Please try again later"
and when I get the code I getting this error:
"we’re having trouble linking your products"
Please Help to solve my issue.

Welcome to the community.
Have you topped up your SIM card, or activated your pack? You can check on our automated service by dialling 150.
Once that's done, you should be able to link the number fully.
